Therapy sessions last approximately 50 minutes.

Each person and situation is different. Together we can discuss your needs and goals to create a plan for your therapy.

I accept Tricare, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Evernorth (also previously known as Cigna), OPTUM, UHC. If your insurance isn’t listed here, you can call your provider to see if they will reimburse you for paying out-of-pocket.

A 50 minute session is $135 for those who do not have insurance or do not want to use their insurance.
